Physical Therapy & Training

Physical Therapy

How are we different?

We utilize a hybrid model to help  put you in charge of your health while we guide you along the journey.  This gives you improved access to your healthcare provider and access to a deeper understanding of the pathology that is occurring, the how and the why.

We believe that an injury should not keep you down. Just because there is pain DOES NOT mean that you should not be moving. We may need to alter mechanics of movements, but the answer is almost never stop moving.

Rehab takes a team of dedicated people working together to achieve goals and each member showing up to give it their best.

Common Conditions We Treat

  • Low Back Pain

  • Neck Pain

  • Shoulder Pain

  • Golfers/Tennis elbow

  • Hip pain (ie: hip bursitis, glute tears)

  • Reducing fear of movement

  • and more

Dry needling is a powerful technique used to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore mobility. By targeting trigger points (muscle knots) with thin needles, it promotes blood flow, reduces inflammation and accelerates healing. Whether you're dealing with acute/chronic pain, sports injuries, or muscle tightness, dry needling is a safe and effective way to get back to feeling your best.
