How We Are Different
We utilize a combination of a hybrid model and in-person to help put you in charge of your health while we guide you along the journey. This gives you improved access to your healthcare provider and access to a deeper understanding of the pathology that is occurring, the how and the why.
We believe that an injury should not keep you down. Just because there is pain DOES NOT mean that you should not be moving. We may need to alter mechanics of movements, but the answer is almost never stop moving.
Preventing or recovering from an injury takes a team of dedicated people working together to achieve goals and each member showing up to give it their best.
Injury Prevention
Training for your sport starts with well rounded programming, no matter the sport.
Understanding and preventing injuries is ESSENTIAL to keeping you operating at the top of your game.
Concerned about your strength, lack of flexibility, a training program that doesn't seem to be working? We might be the right fit for you.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a powerful technique used to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore mobility. By targeting trigger points (muscle knots) with thin needles, it promotes blood flow, reduces inflammation and accelerate healing.
Weather you're dealing with acute/chronic pain, sports injuries, or muscle tightness, dry needling is a safe and effective way to get back to feeling your best.
Prior to all Dry Needling appointments we like to screen out our clients to make sure that dry needling is an appropriate treatment option for them.
Injury Recovery
Have you sustained an injury? Don't fret, our team has you covered from start to finish.
Common conditions we treat include: Neck Pain, Cervical Radiculopathy, Elbow Tendonopathies, Rotator Cuff Tears, Thoracic Pain, Low Back Pain, Bursitis, Knee Pain, Meniscus Tears, Osteoarthritis, Jumpers Knee/Patellar Tendonopathy, Gluteus Medius tendon-patchy, Ankle Sprains , etc.
It is important to ensure that your injuries are being managed to keep you from reinsuring and recovering to get you back in the saddle.
Cupping
Cupping is a technique that is utilized to improve blood flow, reduce tissue tension, and decrease pain.
Cupping leaves the classic "circular bruises" on the skin, however, can be used as a powerful tool for muscle recovery and pain relief.

We will get you set up with completing the onboarding process and give you a view of what continuing to work with us looks like.
3
